I bought a Holmes Home in the Daybreak Community of Utah. I found out later that Holmes uses some of the lowest quality materials and has terrible construction standards. I reached out to Zane's Services to ask for help with some small construction repairs. He evaluated the situation and found some additional work that I didn't initially notice. I was quoted a fair price and received some high quality work. I would highly recommend Zane's Services as his goal seems to be repairs that will last.

Zane is awesome for anything construction and remodel. Fast and affordable. Highly recommended.

We knocked out over a dozen MAJOR projects and many dozens of minor projects we had on our to-do list. DIY progress is depressing, but Zane knocked out a ton of our projects and got us years ahead of where I could have been myself.  He’s a to-do list destroyer!

Remodels, repairs, Basement buildouts, ADU, finish carpentry, paint, stain, flooring, stairs, framing, decks, fences, drywall, concrete. He’s good at just about everything. (He won’t tell you this because it’s not his favorite, but he’s a drywall and texture magician. Make sure to rip him extra if you make him do these.)

He can do electrical and plumbing if you don’t want to hire the big guns for little repairs, modification, or add-ons.

Definitely get him on your projects. Thank me later.
